What are the main challenges for you at work? Are you disappointed that your colleagues are not taking note of your suggestion to improve the work environment? Or perhaps you have to deal with difficult clients on a regular basis and this is starting to take its toll on you If you would like work to be different, what would you like to achieve and how would you go about saying it

This 2x1.5 hour seminar will focus on the skills need to build on our communication skills and feel confident of the outcomes. The first session will discuss communication concepts; provide alternative means of dealing with occurring situations. Tasks will be set for the following week and participants will have the opportunity to discuss how they went
