B) Managing your manager - Learn Ways to Work more Productively with your Manager

Managing your boss sounds great, but for many it feels like an impossible task. Managing up is the best tactic for making your work more interesting work, being trusted with more responsibility, and getting better work hours.

Failure to manage you boss can result in misunderstandings about expectations and wastes time and effort on tasks not in line with management’s goals and needs.

This 2x1.5 hour seminar will look at ways to both manage up successfully. It is suitable for managers, team leaders and team members. The first session will discuss the managing up concepts; provide alternative means of dealing with occurring situations and how to communicate more effectively. Homework tasks will be set for the following week and participants will have the opportunity to debrief on how they managed exercises.
