Bullying in the Workplace - July 20 & 27

Interpersonal conflicts within the workplace can quickly escalate into workplace bullying which becomes very costly to all involved. The impact of bullying will be felt throughout the team causing everyone to fear coming to work and productivity will take a nose dive.

 

Learn:

  • To understand the dynamics of the “bullying/victim” relationship
  • Assist managers to distinguish between individual and organizational causes of bullying and develop a sound code of conduct procedures.
  • Strategies for dealing with these issues.

Jeff Roberts is a Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years experience, working in a variety of mental health settings in Australia and overseas. He has an interest in people discovering personal strengths, improving communication and the enhancement of self-esteem and confidence within both personal and workplace arenas.
